Elderly care in Andalusia
Verified carers for daily support and companionship for older people, live-out or live-in. Registration is free; the employer pays only to unlock contact details: Basic €35 (3 profiles), Active search €59 (7) and Professional €108 (15), VAT included.
What every profile includes
- Verified documentation: ID or passport, background check and references
- Video presentation of up to 2 minutes and a 20-question professional test
- Filters by city, experience, languages and arrangement (live-out, hourly or live-in)
- Administration included: employment contract and Social Security registration
Live-out or live-in care
Live-out means the carer comes to the home by the hour or full-time; live-in means she lives with the family, with a room, meals and at least 10 hours of uninterrupted night rest. Presence hours cannot exceed 20 hours a week and are paid as ordinary hours.
Pay and scope of the service
Pay can never fall below the SMI (€1,184 gross per month across 14 payments in 2026; €8.87 per hour part-time). The carer provides daily support and companionship, not professional healthcare: the duties are agreed in writing in the contract.
