General Conditions

In compliance with EU Directive 2011/83 and the LSSI-CE (Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act)

1.1 Object and Scope of Application These Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of the SPECTRUM DOMUS digital platform (www.spectrumdomus.com), as well as the contracting of services offered through it. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is an indispensable requirement for registration and use of the platform. The user declares to be over 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity to contract.

1.2 Description of the ServiceSPECTRUM DOMUS is a digital intermediation platform that:

• Publishes profiles of domestic staff candidates verified through a professional test and video presentation.

• Allows employers to access candidates' contact data by subscribing to a paid plan.

• Offers information and tools related to domestic employment in Andalusia.

• Facilitates connection with collaborating administrative agencies (gestorías) for the processing of labor documentation. SPECTRUM DOMUS acts as an intermediary and is NOT a party to the employment relationships that may be established between employers and candidates.

1.3 User RegistrationCandidates: General Registration Provisions:

• Free of charge: Registration for candidates is free.

• Profile requirements: The candidate must complete their profile, pass the professional test, and upload a video presentation of no more than 30 seconds.

• Minimum score: Profiles with a professional test score below 50 points will not be published on the platform.

Platform Guarantees and Rights:

• Data accuracy: The candidate guarantees the accuracy of all provided data.

• Right of rejection/deletion: SPECTRUM DOMUS reserves the right to reject or delete profiles that do not meet the conditions or contain false information.

Profile Visibility:

• Partial hiding: The candidate's profile remains partially hidden from the general public. Only the name and photograph will be visible until an employer with an active paid subscription accesses the full contact and professional data.

• Visibility dependency based on score: o Less than 50 points: the profile is not published. o 50 to 74 points: displayed as a standard profile. o 75 to 89 points: receives the "Recommended" badge. o 90 to 100 points: receives the "Top Specialist" badge and the possibility to access the TOP5 promotion for an additional cost (€9.99 per week or €17.99 for two weeks VAT 21% not included).

Promotion Payment Conditions (for "Top Specialists"):

• Non-refundable: Promotion payments are final and non-refundable once the paid promotion period has begun, except in the case of technical errors related to the platform.

Employers:

• Access to candidates' full data requires the subscription to one of the available plans.

• The employer commits to using the candidates' data exclusively for the purpose of hiring domestic staff.

• The assignment, sale, or commercial use of candidates' data is expressly prohibited.

1.4 Plans and Prices The currently available plans are:

• Basic Plan: €29 · 3 full profiles · 30 days of access

• Active Search Plan: €49 · 7 full profiles · 30 days of access

• Professional Plan: €89 · 15 full profiles · 60 days of access Prices do not include applicable taxes.

SPECTRUM DOMUS reserves the right to modify prices, notifying changes with reasonable advance notice. Payment is made via bank card through the secure payment gateway.

1.5 Right of Withdrawal — IMPORTANT NOTICE In accordance with Article 103 m) of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) and EU Directive 2011/83 on consumer rights: The 14-day right of withdrawal is expressly excluded from the moment the user accesses the first full candidate profile. The user expressly agrees, by checking the box provided for this purpose before payment, that:

• They request the immediate execution of the contract.

• They are aware that they will lose their right of withdrawal once they have accessed the first full profile. If the user has not accessed any full profile, they may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from contracting, by requesting it at [email protected].

1.6 User Obligations and Prohibitions Users commit to:

• Provide truthful, updated, and complete information during registration.

• Not use the platform for illicit purposes or purposes contrary to these Terms.

• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data.

• Not publish offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.

• Not use automated systems to extract data from the platform.

1.7 Account Suspension and CancellationSPECTRUM DOMUS reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts of users who breach these Terms and Conditions, with no right to a refund in the event of a serious breach.

1.8 Limitation of LiabilitySPECTRUM DOMUS does not guarantee the continuous and uninterrupted availability of the Website and will not be liable for damages arising from technical interruptions beyond its control. The platform does not verify the identity of employers, nor is it responsible for their use of candidates' data beyond what is stipulated in these Terms.

1.9 Modification of Terms and ConditionsSPECTRUM DOMUS reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be notified to registered users by email with a minimum of 15 days' advance notice. Continued use of the platform after notification implies acceptance of the new Terms.

1.10 Applicable Legislation and Dispute Resolution These Terms and Conditions are governed by current Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Málaga.
